The Epson TM-C7500G ColorWorks gloss label printer is a highly efficient printer that uses four individual ink cartridges (CMYK). It uses Just-In-Time color printing to produce the best results with high volume print jobs.

The TM-C7500G’s low maintenance takes care of itself. If any internal maintenance is necessary, you don’t need to do a thing. The print head has two settings: home and print.
So, rather than you having to cut the paper or pause label printing, the printer recognizes that it needs to do some maintenance and the print head switches to the required position. Then when maintenance completes, it switches back.
Because this printer is so low maintenance, it makes it a more affordable option. The other way in which this printer is low cost, is its efficient use of ink. With an ink cartridge per color (yellow, cyan, black, and magenta), there is minimal waste. Moreover, you only have to change a color as it runs out, rather than replacing a cartridge that is full of a few colors but missing one.

Returns
ForeFront Label Solutions' return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain scenarios where partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are subject for approval. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@forefrontlabel.com and send your item to Forefront Label Solutions, 2550 Goldenridge Road, Unit 76, Mississauga ON L4X 2S3, Canada.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
