These Terms govern use of www.forefrontlabel.com and purchases from ForeFront Label Solutions through the U.S. storefront. ForeFront is based in Ontario, Canada and fulfills U.S. orders from Canada. By accessing the site, requesting a quotation, approving custom work, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the site.

Store use

You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with site security, transmit malicious code, misuse product or customer information, scrape the site in a manner that disrupts service, infringe intellectual property, submit false information, or use ForeFront products or services unlawfully.

Product information, pricing, and availability

Prices on the U.S. storefront are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Product descriptions, images, compatibility information, availability, lead times, promotions, and prices may change without notice. ForeFront may correct errors, refuse or limit an order, or cancel an order affected by a pricing, availability, fraud, or content error. If payment was captured for a cancelled item, ForeFront will issue the appropriate refund.

Orders, payment, and customer information

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, delivery, tax, exemption, contact, and account information. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. ForeFront may request additional verification, compatibility information, freight approval, tax documentation, or customs information before accepting or fulfilling an order.

Sales tax is collected when required by the checkout configuration and applicable law. The customer remains responsible for any legally payable use tax, import tax, duty, tariff, brokerage, or government charge not collected by ForeFront.

Custom manufacturing and customer approvals

You are responsible for customer-supplied artwork, spelling, barcode data, dimensions, specifications, regulatory content, and intellectual-property rights. Approval of a proof authorizes production of that version.

Screen colors and digital proofs can differ from printed output. Material, coating, ink, equipment, environmental conditions, and production runs can create reasonable variation. Reorders may vary from earlier batches. Label performance depends on the application surface, storage, cleaning method, temperature, humidity, and end use. Customers are responsible for testing suitability for their specific application before large-scale use.

Compatibility and technical guidance

ForeFront may provide general printer, media, ink, ribbon, software, or equipment guidance. Final performance depends on the exact model, firmware, settings, maintenance, environment, and customer workflow. Customers should request written compatibility confirmation before a production-critical order and must verify regulatory, safety, and application requirements independently.

Shipping and import charges

Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. U.S. orders ship from Canada. Customs classifications and import-charge estimates depend on product information and government rules that can change. ForeFront does not guarantee that every government or carrier charge will be included at checkout. The customer is responsible for charges not collected by ForeFront, subject to applicable law and any written duty-paid quotation.

Returns, claims, and warranties

Returns and claims are governed by the Return and Refund Policy. Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, are provided under the manufacturer's terms. ForeFront does not expand a manufacturer's warranty unless agreed in writing.

Third-party services and links

The site may use or link to Shopify, payment processors, carriers, manufacturers, software providers, financing providers, and other third parties. Their services and policies are separate from ForeFront. ForeFront is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or conduct to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Intellectual property and submissions

ForeFront's site content, branding, graphics, text, and original materials may not be copied, resold, or exploited without written permission. You confirm that materials supplied to ForeFront do not infringe third-party rights. Unless confidentiality is agreed in writing, feedback and suggestions may be used to improve ForeFront's products and services.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an as available basis. ForeFront does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. ForeFront disclaims implied warranties to the extent they may lawfully be disclaimed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForeFront and its personnel, affiliates, contractors, suppliers, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profit, revenue, production, data, or business opportunity. Where a limitation is not permitted, liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ForeFront and its affiliates, personnel, contractors, suppliers, and service providers from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, misuse of the site or products, or infringement of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms and separate agreements with ForeFront are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.

Changes and severability

ForeFront may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Obligations that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.
